I qualified in aesthetics in 2024 and I've been careful about how I approach it ever since. The aesthetics industry is unregulated, and the results of poorly done treatments are everywhere. I have no interest in being part of that.
Every client I see for aesthetics gets a proper assessment first. I look at the whole face, not just the area they've come in about. I'll tell you honestly if I think a treatment isn't right for you, if I think something else would work better, or if I think you don't need anything at all. That happens. And I'd rather tell you that than take your money for something I'm not confident will give you the result you want.
Natural results are not a compromise. They're the goal.

A consultation with my nurse prescriber is mandatory
Anti-wrinkle injections and skin boosters are prescription-only medications. By law, a face-to-face consultation with a qualified nurse prescriber must take place before any treatment can be carried out, regardless of whether you've had injectables elsewhere before.
At this consultation, my nurse prescriber will review your full medical history and assess whether you are suitable for treatment. She will then prescribe the medication to your name, which I order from a reputable pharmacy. Once the product arrives, I carry out the treatment.
The consultation fee is £30 and this comes off the total price of your treatment if you book within 2 weeks.
This is not a tick-box exercise. It is there to protect you and it's one of the reasons you can trust what happens next.

A next generation hyaluronic acid skin booster that doesn't just replenish moisture. It actively stimulates new collagen production. The result is skin that looks and feels genuinely healthier over time, with improved texture, reduced laxity, and a natural glow.
It can also be used on the neck, décolleté, and hands. These are areas that often show age before the face does and are frequently overlooked.
Results appear within 2 weeks and are long lasting with a course of treatment.

Vitaran Polynucleotides
£150 per session · 3 sessions recommended, 4 weeks apart
Polynucleotides are one of the most advanced treatments available for skin renewal. They work by stimulating your skin's own collagen and elastin production, improving texture, firmness, and overall skin quality from the inside out. The results build gradually over a course of treatments and are among the most natural looking I offer.
Can be tailored to wherever your skin needs the most support. That could be the sides of the face, around the eyes, around the mouth, the neck, chest, and hands.
For the delicate skin around the eyes specifically, polynucleotides are one of the most effective treatments available. The eye area is one of the first places to show the signs of ageing and fatigue and one that responds exceptionally well.
Best for: fine lines, loss of firmness, uneven skin texture
Profhilo
£200 per session. 2 sessions recommended. 4 weeks apart
This is one of the most established skin booster treatments available and one I recommend regularly for women dealing with skin laxity and loss of hydration. It has one of the highest concentrations of hyaluronic acid on the market, a substance your skin produces naturally but significantly less of as you age.
It works on two levels. Deep hydration throughout the skin layers, and structural support in the dermis that gives a subtle volumetric effect. The result is skin that looks genuinely nourished, not just temporarily smoother.
A local anaesthetic cream is applied beforehand. The procedure takes 15–45 minutes. Results show immediately and can last up to 6–9 months.
Best for: skin laxity, loss of hydration, skin that's changed with age or hormones

From your first consultation to your results, here's how it works.
Step 1: Consultation
Before anything else, we talk.
For anti-wrinkle injections, this means a face-to-face appointment with my nurse prescriber. She reviews your medical history and confirms whether treatment is suitable for you.
For skin boosters and polynucleotides, I carry out a full skin assessment myself, discuss your concerns, and recommend the right treatment plan. The skin booster consultation is always free.
Step 2: Confirmed Booking
Once you're confirmed as suitable, the medication is prescribed to your name and ordered from a reputable pharmacy. We then book your treatment appointment.
For skin boosters and polynucleotides, we can usually move straight to booking.
Step 3: Treatment
The appointment takes 30–60 minutes depending on the treatment. Anti-wrinkle injections are generally well tolerated without anaesthetic. For skin boosters and polynucleotides, I apply a topical anaesthetic cream beforehand to keep you comfortable.
Step 4: Results
Anti-wrinkle results show at 7–10 days, day 14 at the latest. Profhilo results begin to show immediately. Seventy Hyal results appear within 2 weeks. Polynucleotide results build gradually over your recommended course of sessions. The improvement is progressive and long-lasting.
Step 5: review (anti-wrinkle only)
Every anti-wrinkle treatment includes a free review appointment at 2 weeks. This is where I assess how your muscles have responded, check the balance of the face, and make any minor adjustments needed. Your satisfaction at this point matters as much as the treatment itself.
